The process is simple.  It takes just 3 steps to get the camera activated:

1. Position yourself in front of your monitor so the camera can see your face.

2. Look directly into the lens of the camera.

3. Activate the camera's instant capture mode by clicking the "Take Photo Now" link.

*Important:  Do not forget to stare directly at the camera, and for goodness sake, smile.
